​After trying many methods of working out and dieting without seeing results in my body or my mind, I decided to reach out to

Dana for personal training. Dana not only introduced me to using weights to build strength, which in turn helped me lose weight, she also taught me a lot about how to view food. She not only helped me achieve results on the scale but taught me so much about myself as an athlete which has helped me sustain my goals long term. My daughter was a competitive teen swimmer often fraught with injuries due to weakness in muscles not used for swim. Dana not only helped her get stronger, which in turn made her faster and more successful in the pool, but Dana was also always so encouraging! My daughter loved going to train with Dana! Dana is very knowledgeable when it comes to sports and exercise, and she knew exactly what exercises were helpful to strengthen the muscles not used in swimming. Dana was gentle yet firm, a stickler for good form, and really gave my daughter some great nutritional advice as well as a positive mindset We both LOVE Dana and she has been a huge blessing to our family. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for solid training - any age!!

I have had many personal trainers over the years and Dana is the very best I have had! She is very motivating with regard to both diet and exercise. I sent my 17 yr old son to see Dana as he needed motivation from someone other than a family member to lose weight and get in shape. Dana taught him the right way to use weights, encouraged him to eat right, and was able to jump-start his workout schedule so he could continue on his own. It helped him tremendously in rugby and he continues to remember the good advice she gave him both on training and diet.

Having Dana one-on-one was a game-changer for me! After 4 kids and not seeing much progress on my own, I knew I needed a personal trainer. Dana encouraged me and kept me accountable. She’s just fun to be around and you (sometimes) forget she’s working you hard! If you are just starting to get back into shape or even if you’ve been active for a while, Dana will devise a plan to reach your goals.

Dana is a fabulous fitness coach and nutritional counselor. She is a bundle of energy, is an extremely positive and uplifting trainer, and is passionate about her work. Dana is the very, very best. I've had half a dozen trainers in my life and Dana is the only one who's been able to figure out how to intrinsically motivate me. In a few months, I went from resentful couch potato to someone who actually looks forward to working out. I did 2 1/2 miles today on my own, the furthest I've ever run. It's absolutely amazing to me. I feel great, I actually look forward to working out, and my whole attitude toward life is so much better. Thank you Dana! You have changed my life.

I love Dana! I started with her about a year ago which means I waited about 10 years and 2 kids too long. Admittedly, I was nervous. Who wouldn't be? And I have to say, that first day she kicked my butt! But you know what? I needed that and more importantly she is so experienced she knows just how far to push me. In the beginning, I loved not only the creativity of her workouts but I loved the recipes she would give for healthy eating. As time went on, I became motivated by the desire to have a healthy lifestyle (versus a desire to just look good in clothes). She lives a healthy lifestyle and is so motivating that it is contagious. She is funny, personable, down to earth, knowledgeable and is extremely encouraging. She is available 24 hours a day for a motivational pick-me-up and is somebody who has become a real friend. She has not only transformed my body but she has transformed my life as well!

Wow where do I begin tell you about Dana. I have exercised many, many years and usually dread going to class. Well I started going to Dana months ago and she has truly inspired me. She keeps me going and she MAKES ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF. Dana lets me know when my workout is going good. She pushes me in away like no other. Yes you can do one more. I leave there exhausted but feeling better than ever. Dana also trains my daughter who pushes herself to the limit. I would recommend d Dana to anyone - beginners to the best. Dana has been great for Me.. Dr.Pepper set us up togather and she has really help me alot.. she has taught me how to eat right and also to start exercing again.. she has stayed in touch with me to make sure i am still doing ok... Its well woth your time to see here and spend time with her.. she can really help you get on the right track

I have struggled for many years to lose weight. As I have gotten older, I found it even harder. I met Dana through a program my Doctor put together for people with type 2 diabetes. It was a combination of diet and exercise that was coached and monitored. Dana is kind of what you would expect of someone who is a personal trainer. She is very fit and very enthusiastic. What I didn't expect, but appreciate most, is that she is incredibly knowledgeable, fantastic at motivating,and wonderful at listening. Dana allowed me to make a positive change in my life and for that I am sincerely greatful.

What can I say about Dana. She is what God ordered for me. Sweet, kind and not at all pushy. I hope to be in touch with her on my return from the north. Dana you are the best trainer I have ever had and Dr. Pepper should have you doing the nutrition counseling as well.

Thank you for today. Stephanie (9) had a great time. She asked if she could work out with you again. You definitely inspired Steph. That is what she needs and she doesn't listen to me! My legs kill. I asked Stephanie if how she felt and she feels great. Youth. I told her that is why she needs to continue exercising so it isn't so hard when you are older. I told her that you are a year younger than me but you are running marathons.. and I am not. I am definitely an AM girl. In the morning your workouts give energy and at 4pm it wipes me out. I was ready for a nap!! Have a great run!!! Michelle

I was an avid kick boxer and total gym rat until a series of injuries including herniated discs and a torn ACL sidelined me. I thought I was done and was angry and depressed about it. Through many trials and tribulations, Dana has managed to figure out a way to get my body moving again without pain. She always has a plan but, should I feel pain, she has another exercise in her back pocket that will work the same muscle! Dana is a professional, through and through, but will not hesitate to make me laugh so I forget how many reps I've done!

My Doctor asked me to train with Dana.I have to tell you I was nervous.It's never easy admitting you have let yourself go.Dana motivated me in so many ways,.First and possibly the most important as to make better choices and to move my body.I feel so good after I work out.I am walking/running,jumpiing rope,cruising on my bike and exercising daily.My blood pressure and blood sugars are in the normal range and soon I hope to be off my medications.My energy level is also back.I still have miles to go. I love Dana and would not be where I am today without her.The program I was in is over now but Dana is so caring and is still truly concerned with helping me.Thanks Dana you are awesome!

I started out feeling weak, hungry and unsure. After only 10 days I started to notice I had more energy and wasn't as hungry at meal times. Within 2 weeks my blood sugar was lower and in 9 weeks I had lost 8 pounds of fat! Doing Dana's program gave me more energy and made me stronger! Because of her program I am on my way to achieving my ideal weight and lowering my blood sugar enough to be completely off meds!

Rarely will you meet someone who has enough positive faith in you to push you up the hill until you finally get it. I did not know my depressed feeling of worthlessness was meeting an unstoppable force. Dana takes you where you are and makes you better and better. Moving is an important part of life, like breathing. See, I am a convert with a long way to go. I am on the right road and I have great hope for my energy and body. I join many others in saying that Dana is the best trainer I have ever had. I had a shoulder injury, which other trainers have worked around. Dana has worked with it -and almost immediately my shoulder stopped hurting, and it is regaining its former strength. Dana gives you so much motivation and encouragement that, before you know it, you are lifting heavier weights and training harder than you thought possible - all while having fun. After working with Dana for only 6 weeks, I feel great and am seeing amazing results. Dana truly cares about you. She is not only passionate about your fitness but about your total health.

When I look for a trainer, the first thing I want is someone who is in incredible shape, and practices what they preach (not someone on diet pills who is sneaking candy bars-LOL) Dana is through and through a fitness and health nut. Not only does she have an incredible and perfectly toned body but she lives breathes and eats the healthy lifestyle. You cant help but feel inspired by her. Dana has taken me under her wing with patience and encouragement. She is really a solid, good women and I am proud to call her my trainer and now my friend. Love you Dana! Oh yeah, one more thing. My husband profesed to me that my butt is back to the way it looked when we met 13 years ago(not bad for a mother of three). What more can a girl ask for!!!Thanks Dana!

My wife forced me to train with Dana and it's the best thing I've ever done. I'm a big guy in comparison to Dana and she puts me through a tough workout every time. I've seen quick results and I'm on my way to being a much healthier person!

Dana is a great trainer. You never feel you can't do something. Her enthusiasm and energy are contagious. She modifies the work out to you. I'm 63 and I can do it all with Dana's assistance and guidance. She's right "It's never to late to try and live forever". This is a wonderful way to do it.

Dana is by far the best trainer. She is very dedicated and passionate and kicks your butt. And although you may want to curse at her at times, her workouts really are beneficial. I have not embraced the diet part yet, because I love food too much, especially the carbs, but I'm sure I will get there with her help.

Dana varies her workouts so that you never get bored. She makes the workouts intersting and even FUN! Dana knows how to get your body to change - you just show up and do the work. My results were amazing.
