Dana is by far the best trainer. She is very dedicated and passionate and kicks your butt. And although you may want to curse at her at times, her workouts really are beneficial. I have not embraced the diet part yet, because I love food too much, especially the carbs, but I'm sure I will get there with her help.

Dana is a great trainer. You never feel you can't do something. Her enthusiasm and energy are contagious. She modifies the work out to you. I'm 63 and I can do it all with Dana's assistance and guidance. She's right "It's never too late to try and live forever". This is a wonderful way to do it.
When I look for a trainer, the first thing I want is someone who is in incredible shape, and practices what they preach (not someone on diet pills who is sneaking candy bars-LOL) Dana is through and through a fitness and health nut. Not only does she have an incredible and perfectly toned body but she lives breathes and eats the healthy lifestyle. You cant help but feel inspired by her. I join many others in saying that Dana is the best trainer I have ever had. I had a shoulder injury, which other trainers have worked around. Dana has worked with it and almost immediately my shoulder stopped hurting, and it is regaining its former strength. I started out feeling weak, hungry and unsure. After only 10 days I started to notice I had more energy and wasn't as hungry at meal times. Within 2 weeks my blood sugar was lower and in 9 weeks I had lost 8 pounds of fat! Doing Dana's program gave me more energy and made me stronger! Because of her program I am on my way to achieving my ideal weight and lowering my blood sugar enough to be completely off meds!
My Doctor asked me to train with Dana. I have to tell you I was nervous. It's never easy admitting you have let yourself go. Dana motivated me in so many ways. First and possibly the most important as to make better choices and to move my body. I feel so good after I work out. I am walking/running, jumping rope, cruising on my bike and exercising daily. My blood pressure and blood sugars are in the normal range and soon I hope to be off my medications. My energy level is also back. I still have miles to go. I was an avid kick boxer and total gym rat until a series of injuries including herniated discs and a torn ACL sidelined me. I thought I was done and was angry and depressed about it. Through many trials and tribulations, Dana has managed to figure out a way to get my body moving again without pain. She always has a plan but, should I feel pain, she has another exercise in her back pocket that will work the same muscle! Dana is a professional, through and through, but will not hesitate to make me laugh so I forget how many reps I've done!
What can I say about Dana. She is what God ordered for me. Sweet, kind and not at all pushy. I hope to be in touch with her on my return from the north. Dana you are the best trainer I have ever had and Dr. Pepper should have you doing the nutrition counseling as well.
I have struggled for many years to lose weight. As I have gotten older, I found it even harder. I met Dana through a program my doctor put together for people with type 2 diabetes. It was a combination of diet and exercise that was coached and monitored. Dana is kind of what you would expect of someone who is a personal trainer. She is very fit and very enthusiastic. What I didn't expect, but appreciate most, is that she is incredibly knowledgeable, fantastic at motivating, and wonderful at listening. Dana allowed me to make a positive change in my life and for that I am sincerely greatful.

Wow where do I begin tell you about Dana. I have exercised many, many years and usually dread going to class. Well I started going to Dana months ago and she has truly inspired me. She keeps me going and she MAKES ME FEEL GOOD ABOUT MYSELF. Dana lets me know when my workout is going good. She pushes me in away like no other. Yes you can do one more. I love Dana! I started with her about a year ago which means I waited about 10 years and 2 kids too long. Admittedly, I was nervous. Who wouldn't be? And I have to say, that first day she kicked my butt! But you know what? I needed that and more importantly she is so experienced she knows just how far to push me. In the beginning, I loved not only the creativity of her workouts but I loved the recipes she would give for healthy eating. Dana is the very, very best. I've had half a dozen trainers in my life and Dana is the only one who's been able to figure out how to intrinsically motivate me. In a few months, I went from resentful couch potato to someone who actually looks forward to working out. I did 2 1/2 miles today on my own, the furthest I've ever run. It's absolutely amazing to me. My daughter was a competitive teen swimmer often fraught with injuries due to weakness in muscles not used for swim. Dana not only helped her get stronger, which made her faster and more successful in the pool, but Dana was also always so encouraging! My daughter loved going to train with Dana! Dana is very knowledgeable when it comes to sports and exercise, and she knew exactly what exercises were helpful to strengthen the muscles not used in swimming. Dana was gentle yet firm, a stickler for good form, and really gave my daughter some great nutritional advice as well as a positive mindset.
